Meet the muse Gray Eberly with Soul Artist Management. Gray covers Volume I of Les Amis Journal. Photographed by the iconic Bell Soto in a photo session reminiscent of the hard work of photography from decades past. "I wanted to give an homage to photographer Wilhelm Von Gloeden with this series of portraits of Gray. Back then, in order to create a "look", for a photographer it could take years of developing formulas, chemicals, and even some had to make their own negative plates on glass. Ever since photography became digital and available to everyone, I feel photography lost the emotion of the "event" to create an image."
We sat down with Gray to learn more about the male model with the face of Adonis who helms from Jersey.

HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE MODELING INDUSTRY
When I was in college a lot of my friends told me that I should try modeling. So after college I I had a test shoot with my aunt who is a wedding photographer and we sent those photos to some friends in the fashion industry. Through a family friend we were able to get those photos to Bruce Weber. He loved my look and me come shoot for Vman magazine in Montauk the next day. Then he connected me with the awesome people at Soul Artist Management.

When I’m close to good waves I’m out surfing. and If those two aren’t an option, which they often aren’t anymore, I turn to my longboard and continue board therapy on the concrete.
